More than $170 million was raised by partners Cari-Med, the CHASE Fund, National Baking Company, Jamaica Social Investment's Fund, Seprod, Sandals Foundation, Stewart's Industrial, The Gleaner Company, and Kingston Wharves, to make the Union Gardens Infant School a reality.

Located in the Union Gardens community, St Andrew, the school is able to accommodate 360 students and is the brainchild of Glen Christian and Gary 'Butch' Hendrickson.

It is now open to students, who also get free transportation to their communities after school.
