PM temporarily takes charge of security portfolio as Chang recovers from medical procedure

Prime Minister Dr Andrew Holness has assumed temporary oversight of the Ministry of National Security and Peace while portfolio minister Dr Horace Chang, recovers from an "elective procedure".
Chang is also deputy prime minister.
A statement Monday from the Office of the Prime Minister said Chang, 73, underwent the procedure over the weekend and "is recuperating well".
"We wish our deputy prime minister a speedy recovery and a quick resumption of duties," it added.
No details were provided on the nature of the procedure.
