SAJ offers two-day customer experience workshop in July
The Shipping Association of Jamaica (SAJ) will mount a two-day virtual customer experience webinar from July 28 to July 29.
The seven-hour training will be facilitated by Dr Nsombi Jaja, certified management consultant and chairman of the Jamaica Customer Service Association, and will look at the delivery of service excellence in a sustainable, results-driven way for businesses.
Among the topics to be covered are standards governing the delivery of internal and external customer service, tools for enhancing the customer experience, communication, dealing with challenging customers and situations, and professional telephone skills.
The interactive seminar will assist participants to build on their knowledge to improve customer satisfaction, customer service and the customers’ experience.
The customer experience webinar follows the SAJ’s recent, successful supervisory management virtual workshop that attracted more than 70 participants from approximately 20 companies across several Caribbean territories.
