Former champions Wolmer’s Boys thrashed Pembroke Hall High 14-1 in their Zone E ISSA/WATA Manning Cup encounter at the Mico University field yesterday.

The Jerome Waite-coached Wolmer’s, who were recording their third victory from five matches, were led to their huge win courtesy of six goals from Daniel Scarlett.

He received excellent support from Kishawn Lewis, who netted four goals in the match. Kevaughn Holloway, Damar Smith, Alex Wright, and Jaire Hay were the other scorers for Wolmer’s. They have now scored 26 goals while conceding eight this season.

However, despite their huge victory, Wolmer’s remain second in the zone on nine points from five games. Mona High, who have a game in hand, lead the zone with 12 points. They are followed by Calabar High on nine from four matches. Dunoon High and Ascot High are both on seven points from four games.
