61-y-o man charged with rape, firearm offences after alleged attack by teen girls at guest house in Morant Bay

The 61-year-old St Thomas man who was allegedly attacked by two teen girls at a guest house in Morant Bay has been slapped with sexual and firearm charges by the police.

Keeble McLune, a musician of Knights Ville in Yallahs, has been charged with rape, sexual intercourse with a person under 16 years, use of a firearm to commit a scheduled offence, and common assault.

According to the Morant Bay police, the man reportedly assaulted the girls, aged 14 and 15, on several occasions and then gave them money in return.

The police further reported that Mclune met with one of the girls, where he allegedly held a firearm to her head and threatened to harm her and her family if his demands were not met.

It is reported that about 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 5, the man reportedly took both girls to a guest house in Morant Bay, St Thomas, where he again assaulted them.

It is alleged that the girls then attacked and stabbed him multiple times, causing him to flee the scene.

The incident was reported to the police.

The teenage girls were subsequently arrested.

Following further investigations, the man was also arrested.

He was later charged following a question-and-answer session.

His court date is being finalised.
