Teen delivers sibling
Nicola Thomas, 36, had experienced a small amount of discomfort prior to the birth but claimed to have known nothing about the pregnancy until she "felt the [baby's] head".
She told WalesOnline: "I've always said when I've seen stories myself and people are like 'we didn't know we were pregnant' – how can you not tell? I woke up at three o'clock and I just felt like I needed to go to the toilet. I just put my hands down there and felt the baby's head."
Nicola then had to ask 14-year-old daughter Ellis to deliver the surprise baby - who is named Baylee-Rae - and is now hoping she becomes a midwife.
Nicola said: "[Ellis] delivered the baby, checked the cord wasn't wrapped around her neck. I'm hoping she'll be a midwife now when she's older! It's just nuts, it is!"
