Located in the rapidly expanding Fairview district, one-year-old Uncorked West has already become a favourite among patrons in Montego-Bay. What started out as a wine-and-cheese shop has now evolved into a full-service restaurant, serving from salads to enormous pork chops and steaks.

Patrons can indulge in their Judy Salad with grilled chicken or their signature dish, the Wine Country Coastal Seafood Bowl.

"Our signature dish is new to Restaurant Week because we wanted to bring something that some brought wine elements to the dishes. We've partnered with Rainforest Seafoods, so we wanted to incorporate some of our favourite seafood with wine. We really wanted something that was different from our regular menu," group manager Cathy Evelyn stated.
