Updated | Man fatally struck by lightning in Bethel Town

A man died on Friday after being struck by lightning in Bethel Town, Westmoreland.
The deceased has been identified as 38-year-old O'Dean Porter, a farmer of Marl Road in the parish.
The incident occurred along Ventura Road in Bethel Town.
It is reported that Porter was on the roof of his house when he was struck by lightning.
He was assisted to hospital but died while being transported.
The incident is being investigated by the police.
