Teenager gunned down in St Mary

The St Mary police are probing the gun murder of a teen in the parish on Tuesday night.
The deceased is 17-year-old Raheem Smith.
Reports are that about 10:18 p.m. Smith was shot by unknown assailants in Cricket River, Annotto Bay.
He was pronounced dead at hospital.
The St Mary police division recorded 20 murders as at October 4.
This is two less than the 22 homicides or a nine per cent reduction when compared to the period under review last year.
