More than 30 volunteers from Jamaica Broilers Group (JBG) joined forces with the National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA) to remove over 400 pounds of waste from Hellshire Bay Beach in St Catherine, in observance of International Coastal Clean-Up Day.

The team collected plastic bottles, wrappers, aluminium cans and other debris, working side by side with NEPA representatives and other corporate partners. The initiative reflects Jamaica Broilers Group’s commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals, promoting environmental sustainability through waste management and recycling, fostering community engagement, and driving collective action for lasting social and environmental impact.
