Police probe killing of 37-year-old man in Spanish Town
Detectives assigned to the St Catherine North Division are investigating the shooting-death of a 37-year-old man in the parish on Monday night.
The deceased has been identified as Lorenzo Harvey, otherwise called 'Lasha', of Windsor Avenue in Spanish Town.
According to police reports, at about 10:05 p.m. on Monday, explosions were heard near the roundabout leading to Hill Run and March Pen Road in Spanish Town.
The police were summoned and they found Harvey’s body inside an unfinished board stall with what appeared to be gunshot wounds to the head and upper body.
The scene was processed and the body removed.
The Spanish Town Criminal Investigation Branch is investigating.
