He has been identified as 32-year-old Kerrin Bailey, an office administrator of Liguanea, St Andrew, and a resident of Sport Road in Islington.

The commanding officer for the St Mary Police Division, Superintendent Anthony Wallace, said officers, acting on credible intelligence, conducted a series of targeted raids between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. within the Islington police area.

He said that during the operation, Bailey was apprehended.
