Over the weekend, Cayman served as the gastronomic capital of the region as our Caribbean neighbour celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Taste of Cayman Food and Drink Festival. Camana Bay in Grand Cayman became a giant dining room for all to partake of the delightful offerings. Here is today's serving.
