It was a night of helping dreams come true, as Sagicor Life hosted a Paint Your Dream' sip and paint soiree last Thursday, at the Terra Nova All Suite Hotel.

The event was held to educate persons on how to achieve their retirement goals. According to the financial institution, this is only possible through a viable pension plan. Members of Sagicor Life's Employee Benefits Administrators Limited and Individual Life, made presentations on the products they have available to help their clients achieve this.

Mark Chisholm, executive vice president, Individual Life, noted, "Retirement can be a scary point in life for many of us, but we only need to fear it if we do not plan early. If you already have a road map towards your retirement dreams, you will be comforted by the fact that you have prepared and planned for the journey ahead."

That was the end of the dollars and signs segment, as it was time to paint the journey with the team from Paint and Sip Jamaica to help everyone in their artistic pursuits. Guests had the choice of five scenery to paint, and each group had their own instructor.

Choice beverages in one hand and paint brush in the other, laughter filled the room as host Terri-Karelle Reid gave a candid commentary on the progress at each table as a friendly rivalry soon developed. At the end of the night guests got their masterpieces branded by Sagicor with a photo-op with their handy work.
