Broadbell, Fraser-Pryce cop RJRGLEANER Sportsman, Sportswoman awards

Track and field athletes Rasheed Broadbell and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce are the respective Sportsman and Sportswoman of last year.

The pair copped the prestigious awards at the RJRGLEANER Sportsman and Sportswomen of the Year ceremony tonight at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel.

Broadbell is winning the award for the first time, while Fraser-Pryce is capturing her fifth title.

Broadbell won the 110 metres hurdles at the Commonwealth Games by equaling the record of 13.08 seconds.

Fraser-Pryce won the 100 metres at the World Championships in Eugene, Oregon in 10.67 seconds, to win the biennial event for the fifth time.
