2015

Hydel High were stripped of three points and handed a 3-0 loss for fielding an ineligible player against Denham Town High. The player had received a red card in a Flow Cup match, but Hydel fielded him in the team's next fixture, a Manning Cup encounter. ISSA ruled that the automatic one-match suspension should have been served regardless of the competition in which the red card was issued.

2021

Camperdown High and Tivoli Gardens High were disqualified from the Manning Cup for fielding ineligible players in breach of ISSA's transfer regulations.

Under ISSA rules, student-athletes who have represented one school in a sport must sit out for one year before becoming eligible to represent another institution.

The Camperdown case arose after players registered with football academies during the period when the Manning Cup was cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to registering with the academies, the student-athletes had attended Camperdown.

2023

Jamaica College (JC) were docked three points for fielding an ineligible player in their opening Manning Cup match against Tivoli Gardens High.

Later that year, Mona High were disqualified from the Walker Cup final for fielding ineligible players and were placed on three years' probation.

Hydel High were also penalised in 2023, forfeiting three points and receiving a 3-0 loss after exceeding the allowable limit of quota players (transfer students) in a match against Kingston College.

2026

Jamaica College were disqualified from the Walker Cup knockout competition, barred from next year's tournament, and stripped of three Manning Cup points, with a 3-0 scoreline awarded to St Catherine High after player Jamone Lyle was deemed ineligible. The ruling also resulted in JC's removal from the Champions Cup.

Excelsior High were placed on two years' probation through to August 31, 2028. The school was deducted six Manning Cup points, including forfeitures and 3-0 scorelines awarded to opponents St Jago High and Calabar High. Excelsior were also removed from the Walker Cup and, as a consequence, eliminated from the all-island Champions Cup.

ISSA ruled that the case fell under the category of 'Ineligibility and Transfer Status', determining that the player involved was an international transfer student who had also breached academic and attendance requirements.
