T&T lead in Group ‘B’

Captain Moriah Shade scored four goals to lead hosts Trinidad and Tobago to a 7-0 win against Suriname that guaranteed them Group ‘B’ honours in the Caribbean Football Union Women’s Under-17 series last night.
T&T took the Group ‘B’ spot with maximum 9 points to join Jamaica and Puerto Rico, as the Caribbean qualifiers to the 2008 CONCACAF Women’s Under-17 Championships.
The tournament is a qualifier for the FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup.
