Portmore top Cash Plus League

Portmore United blasted their way back to the top of the Cash Plus Premier League football standings after outscoring hosts Tivoli Gardens 4-2 in yesterday’s round of matches.
Reon Nelson scored all four goals for Portmore United to put the team on 47 points, one ahead of Tivoli Gardens.
The game was played at Edward Seaga Stadium.
Waterhouse remained in third place after playing to a 2-2 tie with visitors Reno at Drewsland.
Defending champions Harbour View carved out a 3-0 victory against Sporting Central Academy to remain in fifth place.
Visitors Seba United edged St. Geoges 1-0 at Lynch Park and Village United had a similar 1-0 victory against bottom-place August town at Elliston Wakeland Centre.
