Portmore United last night maintained its one-point lead atop the Cash Plus Premier League football standings following a 2-0 victory against St. Georges at Ferdie Neita Park, in Portmore.
Portmore United moved to 50 points, one ahead of Tivoli Gardens, who edged archrivals Arnett Gardens
1-0.
Boys’ Town moved to third place after a 2-1 victory against hosts Reno at St. Elizabeth Technical High Schools.
Home team Sporting Central Academy scored a stunning 3-0 upset over Waterhouse, while defending champions Harbour View and bottom-placed August Town battled to a 2-2 draw at the UWI field.
