Jamaica win two medals

Jamaica mined two medals yesterday as the four-day CARIFTA Water Polo Championships came to an end at the National Stadium Pool.



The Under-18 girls won the silver medal following a 16-2 defeat to Trinidad and Tobago in the Gold Medal match. Curacao took the bronze.



Jamaica’s other medal came from the Under-18 boys, who beat The Bahamas 12-3 for the bronze medal.



Curacao won the gold and Trinidad and Tobago took the silver.
