Grenada crush US Virgin Islands

Host country Grenada beat the US Virgin Islands 10-0 in their one-off CONCACAF World Cup qualifier at the National Stadium yesterday.



Ricky Charles scored a four-timer and Jason Roberts had two goals.



The Grenadians now advance to face Costa Rica in the next round.



Hosts Bahamas and the British Virgin Islands drew 1-0in their first-leg qualifier at the National Development Centre.



The second leg will be played on Sunday with the winner advancing to face Jamaica in the next round.



Hosts Barbados edged Dominica 1-0 in their second-leg qualifier at Kensington Oval.



Barbados won the tie 2-1 on aggregate and advance to play the USA in the next round.



St. Lucia beat Turks and Caicos Islands 2-0 in Barbados in their second-leg qualifier for a 3-2 aggregate win. The St. Lucians will now face Guatemala in the next round.
