Jamaican players move up rankings

The Jamaican pair of Charles Pyne and Gareth Henry have improved their standings following the recent rankings released by the Badminton World Federation.



Pyne, who is based in Canada moved up one place to 189, while local-based Henry climbed 49 places to 249.



Henry benefited from reaching the quarterfinal in the Miami International just over a week ago.



Both players are now inactive but will return to international competition in February 2010.
