Joel Garner gives advice to WICB

Joel Garner said he plans to ask the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) to review the way West Indies teams are prepared for international tours.

This follows the Caribbean side’s disappointing start to the trip and injuries to Jerome Taylor and Ramnaresh Sarwan.

Garner said it would have been better if the team was together for a month in training rather than going to a domestic one-day tournament.

He explained that a Test match is five days, while the players were playing too many one day games.
