In the deciding game, the Cuban pair of Hisaime Mendez and Jessica Gomez outclassed Jamaicans Shantal Blackwood and Lauren Vranov-Brown 6-1, 6-1.
Dominican Republic defeated Jamaica 2-1 in the Junior Davis Cup.
Brandon Burke won the only game for Jamaica, following 6-1, 2-6, 6-2 victory over Oscar Dominiquez.
