Jamalco defeat Tivoli

Defending champions Jamalco defeated Tivoli ‘A’ 56-49 last night in Game One of the best-of-three-finals of the Jamaica Netball Association’s Berger Paints Super League.



The game was played at the Leila Robinson Courts.



Senior national player Elaine Davis scored a game high 40 points from 50 attempts for Jamalco.



Marsha Murphy supported her with nine from 15 attempts and Margaret Lawrence with seven from eight attempts.



Game Two is scheduled for tomorrow at the Leila Robinson Courts and if necessary, Game Three will be played on Sunday.



Jamalco are searching for its sixth consecutive hold on the trophy.
