RAINBANDS ASSOCIATED WITH ERIN ALREADY AFFECTING THE TEXAS COAST

At 4:00 p.m. the center of Tropical Storm Erin was located near Latitude 26.3 degrees north or about 315 kilometres east Brownsville, Texas.
Erin is moving towards the northwest near 20 km/h and this general motion is expected to continue until landfall Thursday morning.
Maximum sustained winds are near 65 km/h with higher gusts.
Tropical Storm Erin is not a threat to Jamaica.
