The relaxed atmosphere with chic decor at the elegant Shoppes at Rose Hall in Montego Bay was the perfect ambience for the second staging of the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Fashion, Food, Auction and Dance fundraiser on Saturday.

While representatives from local firms Digicel, Sangster International Airport (MBJ), UWI Western Campus, NCB Capital Markets, VM Wealth Management, ATL Automotive, Scotia, Spaaart Collection, Xerox and Billy Craig Insurance Brokers Limited ruled the catwalk with fashion from Shop like a star and Earl's Fashion, the chefs at the food stations were kept busy throughout the night.

Offering some of the finest cuisine in western Jamaica, representatives from Half Moon, Sandals Montego Bay, Sky Beach Bar and Seafood Grill and the Montego Bay Convention Centre tantalised the taste buds of the patrons.

Chef Matthew L. Birkenmeier of Biggs BBQ Restaurant is among the top eateries in western Jamaica and those in attendance made the most of his pork dishes, while renowned executive chef Dennis McIntosh presented a sample of some of the dishes to be on offer at the Moon Palace Hotel. Every palate in the venue was left very satisfied.
