It was all things dandy and divine on Monday night as the 2025 Met Gala took over the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. With this year’s dress code, ‘Tailored for You’, inspired by the Costume Institute’s exhibition ‘Superfine: Tailoring black Style’, the night paid homage to the flair, finesse, and legacy of black dandyism. Among the A-listers turning heads on the carpet were stars and Jamaican designers and those of Jamaican descent including Rachel Scott of Diotima, Grace Wales Bonner, and Theophilio's Edvin Thompson.
