It was a bright, sunny morning, perfectly reflecting the joy and pride of more than 100 individuals honoured at the 2025 National Honours and Awards Ceremony. Held at King’s House in St Andrew on National Heroes Day, Jamaica’s most outstanding, gallant, and meritorious nation builders across diverse industries and sectors received the island’s highest accolades. The occasion was made even more special by the presence of dignitaries, industry players, family members, and friends who came out to celebrate. Something Extra has the social highlights from a morning filled with national pride.
