Dancehall trailblazers were front and centre at the ninth staging of the Strictly 2K Throwback Music Festival, where dancehall artiste Charly Black, sound system Coppershot Sound, and veteran dancer Mad Michelle were honoured for their lasting contributions to the culture.

The event unfolded last Saturday at Mas Camp in St Andrew, as patrons, dressed in throwback fits and Y2K-inspired looks, grooved to a nostalgia-filled soundtrack. Selectors kept the energy high throughout the night, while Charly Black brought the crowd to life with a high-energy run through fan favourites.
