‘Rumpy’ gunned down at his home in St Andrew

A man was killed in a gun attack at his home early this morning along Berwick Road in St Andrew.
He has been identified as 32-year-old labourer Devon Campbell, alias ‘Rumpy’.
The police report that around 1 o’clock, explosions were heard at Campbell's home.
The police later discovered Campbell's body with what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
He was later pronounced dead at the Kingston Public Hospital.
The Hunts Bay Criminal Investigation Branch is probing the matter.
