JUTC driver dies after bus crashes into ditch in St Catherine

A Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) driver has died after the bus he was operating crashed into a ditch along Salt Pond Road in St Catherine early Wednesday morning.
He has been identified as Dwayne Mullings.
According to the police, around 3:10 a.m., he was travelling along the road towards Portmore when he lost control of the JUTC bus, which veered off the road and ended up in a ditch.
The driver sustained severe injuries and was taken to the Spanish Town Hospital.
He later succumbed to his injuries.
