Waterhouse secures draw against Portmore

Waterhouse secured a 1-1 draw against league leaders Portmore United at Drewsland as the Cash Plus Premier League football continued yesterday.
Roberto Fletcher fired past Shawn Sawyers in the 40th minute to cancel Anthony Bennett’s early goal.
The draw moved Portmore United to 44 points, one ahead of Tivoli Gardens, who beat August Town 2-0 at Edward Seaga Stadium.
Waterhouse moved to 37 points in third place.
Hosts Boys’ Town beat Seba United 2-0, while Arnett Gardens hammered Sporting Central 4-0.
Reno and Harbour View played to a 2-2 draw at St. Elizabeth Technical High School, and St. Georges and Village United battled to a goalless tie at Lynch Park.
