The Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association (ISSA) said it would take strong actions against schools that participated in a protest before the start of yesterday’s action.
The coaches protested for an hour after ISSA denied them access through the marathon tunnel to the Grand Stand of the National Stadium.
The athletes were also withdrawn from the meet by the coaches.
ISSA’s competitions officer, George Forbes, said schools that participated in the protest could be suspended for a year.
