UWI host energy policy consultation

The Energy Ministry will be holding consultations today on Jamaica’s Energy Policy at the University of the West Indies (UWI).
All interested persons are invited to participate in the consultations.
These consultations are intended to inform a review of Jamaica’s National Energy Policy, prior to parliament to be enacted.
Today’s session will be hosted by persons from the Energy ministry and will provide an opportunity for individuals, to voice their concerns regarding energy consumption and to influence the national energy policy.
The forum is scheduled for 4.30 pm this afternoon at the Undercroft.
