St Andrew police hunt Kenroy ‘Papa’ Willis in probe of four murders
The St Andrew North police are searching for Kenroy Willis, also known as ‘Papa’, who is wanted in connection with four murders.
The police are urging Willis to report to the nearest police station immediately.
The police say one of the cases involves the murder of taxi operator Verne Ewan Joseph, 49, along the Essex Hall Main road on October 26, 2024.
Investigators say Willis may report to any police station, accompanied by an attorney, pastor, justice of the peace or relative, if he chooses.
Members of the public with information that can assist the investigations are being asked to contact the Constant Spring police Criminal Investigation Branch, Crime Stop at 311, or the nearest police station.
