Celene Hall is Miss Universe Jamaica 2026

Miss Universe Jamaica Portland Celene Hall is Miss Universe Jamaica.

The 25-year-old businesswoman, artist and philanthropist was crowned on Sunday night at the AC Hotel Kingston by Miss Universe Jamaica 2025 Dr Gabrielle Henry, who made her first public appearance at the pageant following an accident in Thailand last year where she represented Jamaica at the global Miss Universe pageant.

Dr Tianna McDaniel, a 26-year-old medical doctor, was named first runner-up and Kadejah Anderson, a 30-year-old creative, marketing professional, model and singer, was named second runner-up.

Hall has spent the past five years building her career in shipping and logistics, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership and service. Beyond her profession, she is deeply passionate about community impact and creativity.

The cause closest to her heart is The Hummingbird Foundation, her own non-profit, through which she leads community outreach and support initiatives. She hopes to use her voice to create meaningful impact while continuing to challenge herself.

Hall received five sectional awards, taking top honours for Most Aware, the Altruism Award, Best in Evening Gown, Best in Swimwear and the Essence of Style Award.

McDaniel won the Most Photogenic Award.

Other sectional awardees include Andrea Hill, who received the Congeniality Award; Miss Universe Jamaica St Catherine Marci-Lee Smith, Personality Award; Marsha Roberts, Spirit of the Pageant Award; and Alanda Newman, the Runway Star Award.

Hall is the second Portland queen to be crowned this year.

Miss Portland Christina Williams, an attorney-at-law, was named Miss Jamaica Festival Queen in August. The parish had last won the Festival Queen title 27 years ago.
