Guys Hill, St Catherine 18-y-o charged with burglary and assault with intent to rape

Eighteen-year-old Kenardo Morgan, otherwise known as ‘Kenny’, of Benbow, Guys Hill, St Catherine, has been charged by the police with breaking into a woman’s house and attempting to rape her.
Morgan, an electrician, is charged with burglary and assault with intent to rape.
Reports from the Guys Hill police are that about 2:20 a.m. on Friday, August 28, a woman awoke to find Morgan in her room, standing over her.
The police say she struggled with Morgan, during which he allegedly bit her finger, causing bruising and swelling.
She raised an alarm, prompting Morgan to flee.
The police were alerted, and it was revealed that Morgan had entered the house through the bathroom window, which he allegedly pried open.
Morgan was arrested later the same day after being pointed out.
He was subsequently charged following a question-and-answer session conducted in the presence of his attorney.
He is scheduled to appear before the St Catherine Parish Court on Friday, September 4.
